Common questions.
Answers to what people most often ask before reaching out.
A Witness Session is a focused conversation. I listen beneath what you say for what is actually there, reflecting patterns and terrain back to you in real time. It stands alone as its own offering.
A Terrain Map goes further. After the conversation, I write a detailed document naming the hidden architecture beneath your words: the recurring patterns, pressure points, identity distortions, and relational loops. It is something you can return to, not just something you experience once.
No. This is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or diagnosis. I am not a licensed mental health professional, and this work does not replace professional treatment. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to a qualified provider.
What I offer is precise witnessing and terrain mapping, a different kind of attention that can complement therapy but is not a substitute for it.
Yes. I am based in Pisac, Peru and work with people worldwide over video. The session format translates well online. Most of my clients are not in Peru.
A standard session is 50 minutes. Sessions can run longer if the work calls for it. Terrain Map conversations in particular tend toward more time because the depth of what we cover shapes the depth of what I can write. We discuss timing when we schedule.
I read every message personally and respond within one to two business days. We will find a time that works, and I may ask a few questions before we meet so the session has somewhere real to begin.
If you are already clear you want to book, you can also fill out the pre-session intake form to arrive prepared.
Yes. Journey Sitting is one of my offerings, providing sober, steady support before, during, or after a plant medicine journey. I do not provide, source, administer, or recommend psychedelics. My role is presence, preparation, witnessing, and integration.
This work tends to be most useful for people who have already done some version of the work and still feel something essential remains unseen. If you have been in therapy, done retreats, read the books, and still cannot name the real pattern, that gap is often what I can help with.
It is not for crisis support, and it is not for someone who wants to be told what to do. It is for people willing to look honestly and slowly at what is already there.
If you are uncertain, just reach out. A first conversation is low-stakes and clarifies quickly whether this is a fit.
Occasionally, for relational terrain mapping where two people want to understand the architecture between them. Reach out and describe what you have in mind. Most of my work is one-on-one.
